- Punos (Jennifer Teo / Natalie Morel-Lewis / Derek O’Neil)
Produced dance and av-events in Sydney, including Punos I, Red Room Ambient Festival, Blue Room Ambient Festival. Punos created installations and ambient spaces for over 200 electronic/dance music events throughout Sydney, including the The Boiler Room at the Big Day Out with Clan Analogue (1994). Collaborated with colleagues from the Vibe Tribe and Clan Analogue on events. In collaboration with Sub Bass Snarl, established Cryogenesis (1992) at the Dunbarton Hotel…later to become Frigid.

- Regeneration Culture Inc.
An arts and multimedia collective whose primary focus was “recycled art”. Contributed to a successful grant application for funding a multi-purpose art centre in Surry Hills, Sydney. The collective produced two fundraisers held @The Metro, Sydney. Download Regeneration Culture.pdf

Workshops conducted over two days with entertainment provided as part of the Redfern Youth Arts and Skills Festival using all staging and set designs constructed by the workshop participants. Recycled materials were used as a primary resource.

Improving the Quality of Life for People with a Disability Living in the Cape York Peninsular Region – Aurukun Pilot Project
QH / DSQ / HACC / DATSIP (QLD)
Aimed at improving the quality of life for people with a disability living in remote Aboriginal communities on Cape York Peninsula, the project required that a model of best practice be developed in consultation with the pilot community Aurukun. The project investigated innovative models, both in Australia and internationally, and a 100 page report was produced outlining the unique model, as well as a set of recommendations for implementation.

NPY Women’s Council (Wingellina (Irrunytju), NT/WA/SA)
Sole therapist for the tristate region, working with Aboriginal communities across the Ngaanyatjarra, Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara lands. Worked in a Malparara partnership with an Anangu Project Officer to provide community-based assessment for allied health therapy services & equipment; advocacy and training. General administration and financial management of the service.

Aged Care & Disability Support
Provided support and training in aged care and disability to individuals, families and community based service providers on remote Aboriginal communities in Central Australia. Supported communities to develop sustainable and flexible projects/programs and worked collaboratively with stakeholders and various government/non-government departments. Contributed to the Family News publication and archival material including oral histories, photographs and video.
The Laundry Book
A training package for remote Aboriginal communities within Central Australia on how to use and take care if the laundry and washing machines. Developed, designed and produced the training package (training tool and manual) in consultation and collaboration with Aboriginal women from various communities within Central Australia (NT). An extensive report and database also produced.
Community Aged Care Package Guide (Adapted)
Developed and designed an information book about Community Aged Care Packages, adapted for Aboriginal aged care services.
